Get In Touch
We read every message. Whether you've spotted a bug, have an idea for an improvement, or just want to say hello, email is the fastest way to reach us.
Write to [email protected]. A real person reads everything that arrives. We aim to reply within two business days, though detailed technical questions sometimes take a little longer.
What to include
You don't need to follow a template, but the more context you give us, the more useful our reply can be. Things that often help:
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The browser and device you were using (for example, "Chrome 124 on a MacBook Air" or "Safari on iPhone 14").
- Whether you'd granted microphone permission, and whether you were using built-in or external mic input.
- The guitar (or other instrument) and tuning you were working with.
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual.
What we can help with
- Tuner issues — wrong note detected, meter not responding, mic permission problems, audio cutting out.
- Feature suggestions — alternate tunings you'd like built in, instruments you'd like supported, accessibility improvements.
- Content corrections — if something on a guide page is unclear or technically off, tell us where and we'll fix it.
- Press and partnership enquiries — short, plain-text emails get the fastest response.
What we can't help with
We're a free tuning tool, not a music school. We can't diagnose hardware problems with your guitar over email, recommend specific brands, or offer one-to-one lessons. For those, your local luthier or teacher is the right place to start.
Privacy of your message
Anything you email us is used only to reply to you. We don't add your address to a mailing list — there isn't one. For the full picture of what we do and don't collect, see our privacy policy.
